Pretty Simple Answer. The weakness of the dollar makes paying for US acts cheap at the moment and UK acts expensive to book in the US.

Have not looked at the Euro to Dollar exchange rate. Would imagine given the weakeness of dollar, ANY European act or teacher would be expensive.

[Maybe I should just go and have a look at the exchange rates? ;)]
