There's a guy like that in London too. He throws women into dips/drops no matter how crowded the floor is and I don't believe he even asks their permission for dips. He especially seems to like to do these with inexperienced dancers, presumably to impress them.
One day he'll dip someone and they'll get badly injured; either by being kicked or stood-on or by him aggravating an existing back or neck problem. :o(

He's the one person who I will point-out my female friends too and warn them against dancing with him, and its purely done to how unsafe he is.
